At Mimi Mati, we pride ourselves on fast dispatch. As a small business, all orders placed before 3 PM (AEST) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3 PM will be dispatched within 12 hours of purchase.

All orders are shipped via Australia Post. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Please note:

  • Australia Post delivers Monday to Friday only (not on weekends or public holidays).

  • Mimi Mati is not responsible for delays, additional fees, damages, or lost parcels caused by Australia Post or international customs.

International Deliveries

International orders may take 2 to 4 weeks to arrive, depending on your location, the size of your order, and customs processing times.

Please note that delivery times can vary and are subject to delays outside our control, including customs clearance and local postal services.

Cancellation Policy

Mimi Mati allows order cancellations within 24 hours of purchase.

Please note:

  • A credit note will be issued for any approved cancellations.

  • Credit notes do not expire and can be used at any time.

  • Refunds are not accepted.

  • If your order has already been dispatched, we are unable to process a cancellation.

Faulty Items

All of our products are handmade with care. In the rare case that you receive a faulty or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

To process a replacement or credit, email us at mimimatiofficial@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photographic evidence of the fault

Requests made after 48 hours of receiving the item will unfortunately not be eligible for return or credit.
