As a small business, all orders will be dispatched within 12 hours after purchase. 

All orders will be send through Australian Post. We are not responsible for costs, delays, damages or loss connection caused by the postal service and international customs and fees. You will receive an email from Mimi Mati notifying you once your order has been dispatched with a tracking number attached. Please note that Australia Post only delivers Monday to Friday (not the weekend or public holidays). 


International orders can take up to 2-4 weeks depending on the size of the order and the amount of time it takes for it to get through customs.


At Mimi Mati our number one priority is to satisfy our customers with your order. All orders must be returned in original packaging within 7 days of receiving goods. A credit note will be issued.

Mimi Mati does not accept returns on worn earrings due to hygiene concerns.

Mimi Mati does not accept returns on komboskinia once stretched.

Mimi Mati does not accept returns on sale items.

If the item is returned in other than brand new condition no credit will be issued.

We do NOT do free returns.

We do not accept Refunds. We only replace items or offer credit note if they are defective or damaged.


Mimi Mati allows cancellation up to 24 hours on order. Please note a credit will be issued. We do not accept refunds.


Our products are all handmade. If you happen to receive any faulty or defective items please inform us within 48 hours upon receiving the order and we will happily replace or credit that item. Please send photographic evidence to within 48 hours after receiving the product. If past 48 hours unfortunately we can not offer a return.

Please note – items that have been worn and damaged will void the guarantee. This guarantee does not cover faults from loss, accidental damage or mistreatment, modifications to design or damage from perfume, hairspray, water or other agents.
