Analipsis

Ascension of the Lord Despotic feast, which refers to the ascension of Christ to heaven and is considered in the ecclesiastical tradition as the completion of Christ’s mission on Earth. It is celebrated by the Church on the 40th day after the Resurrection. This day is celebrated by those who bear the name Ascension.
